د فراه پوهنتون احاطوي دیوال د جوړولو چارې چې څه موده وړاندې پیل شوې وې، د ۳۸۳۸ متره لومړي فاز کارونه یې بشپړ او اوس یې د دویم فاز چارې پیل شوې. د دې احاطوي دیوال په دویم فاز ۱۵ میلیونه او ۹۳۲ زره افغانۍ لګښت راځي، چې د لوړو زده کړو وزارت له بودیجې ورکول کېږي.
د دغه دیوال دویم فاز ۳۳۰۰ متره اوږدوالی لري او کارونه به یې د روان ۱۴۰۴ هـ.ش کال تر پایه بشپړ شي.
