Vision

Farah University aspires to become a distinguished and leading institution of higher education in Afghanistan through excellence in teaching, research, and the provision of high-quality academic services, while preparing competent and professional graduates to meet the needs of society.

 

Mission

Farah University is committed to providing students, faculty members, and staff with access to quality theoretical and practical knowledge in the fields of education, agriculture, economics, Sharia, and other academic disciplines in accordance with professional and ethical standards. The University aims to enable them to contribute to the country's development, prosperity, and security through knowledge, innovation, and scientific research.

 

Goals and Programs

  • Educating qualified academic and professional graduates at the bachelor's level in response to societal needs.
  • Advancing the quality assurance and accreditation process to establish Farah University as a standards-based institution.
  • Developing and expanding academic and research programs aligned with the needs of society.
  • Enhancing information technology infrastructure and university facilities both quantitatively and qualitatively.
  • Expanding partnerships and memoranda of understanding with national and international academic and non-academic institutions to strengthen academic cooperation.
  • Increasing the number of qualified academic staff and administrative personnel to provide high-quality educational and research services.
  • Enhancing the capacity of academic staff and administrative employees to improve quality and professionalism.

  • Further strengthening Farah University as a nationally recognized, standards-based institution of higher education.
