Department of Jurisprudence and Law

Introduction

The Department of Jurisprudence and Law along with Department of Islamic Studies, is an active department within the framework of Sharia (Theology) faculty at Farah Higher Education Institute in 1444 Lunar year.

The Department of Jurisprudence and Law has six teaching assistant lecturers with B.A. degrees who are teaching different courses in this department. This department has more than 90 students within two classes by now.

As to the newly-established Faculty of Theology in 1444, the Department of Jurisprudence and Law did not have any graduate student. This department has clear and transparent goals in the light of reviving the Islamic spirit in the Islamic and Afghan society according to today's national needs, and to achieve this goal, it is advancing its curriculum and syllabus. In order to present true educators to the education-loving society of this country in line with the jurisprudential, principled and legal themes underlying the structure of judicial and judicial bodies.

 Training professional and dynamic staff in judicial, judicial and penal departments and raising the level of knowledge and education of religious, judicial and judicial science staff and presenting experts who are knowledgeable and committed to religious values ​​and Islamic principles to the Afghan society.

Teaching and training experts in religious, shari'a, legal and judicial educations, improving the capacity of religious, judicial staff, and presenting them to the society to cooperate in solving religious, shari'a and social issues of the people.
