وروسته د کیفیت لوړاوي د مرکزي کمیټې مسؤل استاد صبور خیرمحمد زاده د اعتبار ورکولو دویم پړاو ځان ارزونې راپور لیکلو په اړه د فرعي کمیټو مسوولینو او غړو ته هر اړخیز معلومات وړاندې کړل.
