Public Administration Department
Introduction
The Public Administration Department, part of the Faculty of Public Administration and Policy, commenced its activities after June 6, 2024. Initially, two academic staff members joined the department. Currently, the acting head of the Public Administration Department is (Candidate Assistant Professor Hamidullah Rahimi). The department is dedicated to the education and training of specialized human resources in the field of management and public administration. The goal of this department is to equip students with theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the field of public administration, develop leadership and decision-making skills, and strengthen social and ethical commitment in them. By focusing on education, research, and community service, this department strives to cultivate graduates who can effectively play a role in governmental and non-governmental organizations and contribute to improving the country's administrative structures.

- Training Specialized Personnel: The main objective of the Public Administration Department is to train and educate specialized and professional personnel in the field of management and public administration so that graduates can work effectively and efficiently in governmental and non-governmental organizations.
- Developing Management Capacities: This department strives to familiarize students with theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of management and to develop their managerial and leadership capacities.
- Research and Development: Encouraging scientific research and studies in fields related to public administration is one of the key objectives of the department. This research can be useful in improving management systems and providing effective solutions for public problems.
