Public Administration Department
Introduction
The Department of Public Administration focuses on the fields of management and public affairs and is dedicated to the education and training of specialized human resources. Its primary objective is to equip students with both theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the area of public sector management, to develop their leadership and decision-making capacities, and to strengthen their social and ethical commitment. Through this comprehensive approach, the department aims to prepare professional, competent, and responsible cadres capable of effectively serving within the public administrative system.
The Department of Public Administration was established within the framework of the Faculty of Public Administration and Policy in the year 1402 (Solar Hijri calendar). Its establishment was approved based on the resolution of the Higher Council of the Ministry of Higher Education, in accordance with Decision No. (3/11/1444) dated 2/2/1402, adopted during the Council’s eighth session. Furthermore, this establishment was authorized pursuant to Official Letter and Resolution No. (1069) dated 4/11/1444, issued by the esteemed Directorate for the Development of Academic Affairs of the Ministry of Higher Education, and was formally instituted within the structure of Farah Institute of Higher Education.

In accordance with established laws and regulations, the Department of Public Administration is committed to enhancing students' analytical and research capabilities through high-quality education. We aim to address market demands, provide academic solutions to administrative challenges, and play a pivotal role in the advancement of administrative systems and the strengthening of the public sector.
